Full Name of the Institution: University of Gdańsk Position Held: Head of the Research Data Management and Open Science Department at the University of Gdańsk Library

Graduate of Pedagogy at the University of Gdansk, Information Management and Infobrokering at UMK and Data Steward School Visnea. Since 2019 she has been actively involved in helping scientists prepare Research Data Management Plans. Conducts trainings and workshops organizes events to promote open science and classes for PhD students. She supports scientists in research data management processes and is also the administrator of the research data repository. Together with her team, she participated in the preparation of the principles of the Open Research Data Policy at the University of Gdansk and a guidebook that is intended to be a practical help for scientists in implementing the principles of the policy. Member of the Open Science Competence Network group – Data Steward PL. Active promoter of the idea of open science, together with her team she organized events, i.e. Openness Fair, Open Access Games Day, Love Data Week – fall in love with research data. In her teaching and training activities, she is an advocate of active methods, i.e. gamification.
