I have been involved in the issues concerning open science since studying Information Management at the Jagiellonian University. In 2020 I graduated from the first Polish edition of the Data Steward School. I am one of the co-creators of the policy of OA in the Jagiellonian University. I participated in conferences, seminars and training sessions concerning open science. I was involved in the work on the RODBUK Cracow Open Research Data Repository and on the JU MC Portal of Knowledge and Research Potential as a module of the Polish Medical Platform, which I administered in the post-implementation period. I organised and moderated workshops dedicated to scientific data. I actively participated in a number of Polish and international groups developing competencies and promoting values related to open science. I conduct training sessions and provide consultation for members of academic society. During classes for the students of the JU Doctoral School of Medical and Health Sciences I discuss not only open science, but also issues concerning false and predatory journals and the role of bibliometrics in the course of a career in science.
