Since 2022, I have been working in the Research Data Management and Open Science Section, and later in the Research Data Management and Open Science Unit. I serve as the administrator of the institutional collection of the University of Gdańsk in the research data repository repod.icm.edu.pl, where I am responsible for verifying datasets deposited by University of Gdańsk researchers. I also support scientists in creating Research Data Management Plans (RDMPs), ensuring their compliance with funding agency requirements and FAIR principles.My particular area of interest and expertise lies in the IT aspects of research data, especially data security, open data formats, quality control tools, anonymization and pseudonymization methods, and IT risk analysis. I also conduct training sessions on research data for researchers, doctoral students, and students.I developed an original board game, DMPoly, designed to support the education of students and PhD candidates in the field of research data security. I am also the co-author of the board game FAIRFactor, which promotes the principles of FAIR.

I am the author of the book Internet in Business. For 16 years, I served as the Director of the IT Center at the University of Gdańsk. I graduated with distinction from a two-year MBA program.
