1. General provisions

In the “Submit an Event” form, the following additional information is required: event date, event location, event name, organizer’s name, registration deadline, website link, as well as information regarding the event format (in-person, hybrid, online) and any participation fees. Providing this data is voluntary but forms the basis for the Administrator to establish contact with the User and enables the Administrator to verify the User. Data obtained for contact purposes will be used exclusively to facilitate proper, effective, and comprehensive communication between the Administrator and the User.
