RepOD Repository for Open Data

Full Name of the Institution: Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling UW

RepOD is the first Polish repository for open research data. All researchers, regardless of affiliation and academic discipline, can create a free account and start sharing data produced, collected, or described during research activities. Research-performing organizations can also use the repository to maintain their own institutional collections.

Each dataset deposited in RepOD is given a persistent identifier – DOI. The service allows data to be linked to other research outputs – such as research papers and other datasets – and datasets to be versioned. Datasets deposited in the repository are subject to verification. The use of the repository does not involve any user fees.

The service has been running since 2015 and is maintained by the Open Science Platform team of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling at the University of Warsaw at repod.icm.edu.pl.
