Training and consultation on Open Science at the University of Lodz

The University of Lodz offers training courses and consultations on Open Science and addressed to employees and doctoral students of the University of Lodz. The trainings are conducted, among others, by the staff of the University of Lodz Library and the Science Centre of the University of Lodz. Training topics: publishing in open models, Creative Commons open licences, research data in NCN grants, depositing dissertations and other types of documents in the University of Lodz Repository. The Library of the University of Lodz provides consultations on the preparation of data management plans for publicly funded research and on the selection of publication venues according to the expectations of research funders (individual consultations on request). Information on the offer and dates of training courses is sent out through internal communication channels to the University’s staff and doctoral students. Issues related to Open Science are also included in the curriculum for doctoral students.
